Our client is seeking a Warehouse Associate for their New Jersey facility. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for daily operations including logistics to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and all products are received, inventoried and stored in accordance with warehouse schedule and company policies and procedures.

This role will have a strong focus on accuracy, quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, ability to handle a range of duties and perform accurate data entry in our CRM system. Knowledge and understanding about logistics activities will be an asset in this role.


· Ensuring high quality performance and maximizing productivity of the warehouse

· Regularly contribute to team meetings to discuss the progress and status of all in-process and anticipated projects

· Responsible for CRM data entry and ensuring accuracy of the data

· Foster a productive, positive, professional and collaborative working environment, marked by clear expectations, a strong focus on results, high standards, continuous improvement and ethical conduct

· Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

· Work with Operations Manager to track warehouse KPIs

· Ensure warehouse equipment is functional, manage preventive maintenance; work with Operations Manager to facilitate repairs when required

· Understand how timelines effect each department and meet the required deadlines

· Assist with Quality Assurance activities and perform Quality Assurance administrative tasks when required


· GMP warehouse environment experience

· Strong analytical skills and have an aptitude for numbers

· Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, inventory management, SOPs for Pharmaceutical supply chain management

· Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklift and other warehouse equipment

· Physical stamina for standing for long period of time and dexterity with the ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs

· Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office suites and CRM (MS Dynamics 365) systems preferred

· Experience with temperature-controlled shipments preferred

· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships

· Willingness to work within different global time zones

· Available to work flexible hours as required
