Company: Commercial-stage medical device company that designs, manufactures and sells image-guided, catheter-based systems for the treatment of patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD).

What you will be doing as a Senior Engineer of Manufacturing:

• Provide guidance to Engineers and Technicians to meet company’s manufacturing/production functions, both in-house and sub-contracted
• Ensure that manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry standards and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness
• Work closely with the management team on manufacturing plans, goals, and future product innovations
• Builds and supports the manufacturing line for New Product as well as supports improvements, modifications and further deployment of sustaining production lines of Catheter products.
• Work cross-functionally to transfer new products into manufacturing, support R&D builds and process development
• Participate and play an active role in negotiations with suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Help develop and manage budgeting and budget execution with a focus on product costs and margins

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in the field; Master’s degree is preferred
• Success deploying commercial assemblies into production with fast time-to-market and cost-sensitivity requirements
• Self-starter, team player, and able to work hands-on as an individual contributor as well as manager
• Start-up experience, ideally in leading manufacturing in a rapid-growth environment
• Experience in medical device is a must and experience with catheters and catheters manufacturing equipment is a plus
