The 2018 finalist for 'Best Places to Work in Colorado' is looking for experienced Service Advisers to join one of the highest grossing Subaru dealerships in the nation. Schomp Service Advisers help the team facilitate a great experience, during the automotive service experience, for everyone that works for and with Schomp Automotive.
As a Service Adviser, you will...

  • Oversee flow of traffic on the drive lane
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
  • Take daily inventory of technicians' time to ensure consistency of the service to our customers
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
  • Enter work into the dealership programs
  • Provide effective knowledge on service and other possible alternatives
  • Any other task assigned by your manager
Qualifications:
  • Proven NPS
  • Able to hold gross
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours to support customer needs
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and as needed to ensure completion of customer resolutions
  • Valid driver's license for our insurance policy
  • Desire to continue education
  • Must be legally and technically able to safely operate Schomp and customer-owned vehicles

Work Environment
Will primarily work in a service drive and/or office setting. Workspace is covered but may involve various weather conditions such as heat and cold as well as safety hazards due to the nature of work. May experience loud noise on a regular basis.

Expected Hours of Work
