Life is on with the Strategic Accounts Team! Schneider Electric has an amazing opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, solution minded individual on the Strategic Accounts team. This individual is expected to represent and grow the overall Schneider Electric relationship within the Logistic segment. They will create and execute the overall account strategy with responsibility for the complete portfolio of Schneider Electric software and hardware solutions. This position will report to the Vice President of Strategic Accounts. The successful candidate must be extremely motivated and entrepreneurial-minded.
Articulate Schneider Electric's Value Proposition (especially around integrated software/hardware solutions) for differentiation and alignment to Logistic customer needs.
Listen to the customer to understand what problems they are facing and position Schneider Electric as a valued, long-term strategic partner to address those needs.
Identify, nurture and maintain strong relationships at senior executive levels with the customer, value chain and industry stakeholders.
Achieve or exceed revenue, solutions mix and gross margin targets for the account.
Make it easier to do business with Schneider Electric by understanding the customer procurement and contracting value chain.
Strong ability to leverage CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to manage and drive a mixed portfolio of business pipeline.
Serve as a focal point and leader within Schneider Electric for the resolution of high-profile customer issues.
Apply a high level of business acumen, including an understanding of the Logistic segment business drivers, industry, economic trends, issues and competition.
Account Planning, Management and Leadership:
