Warehouse

Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Warehouse team member at our Mokena, IL location. This position is full-time with no nights or Sundays, and has great opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Keep warehouses organized and clean, with orders pulled efficiently and accurately
• Receive and check-in new materials
• Keep up with inventory, including counting and re-counting
• Load and unload box trucks/semis
• Basic lawn maintenance; snow removal in the winter
• Report damaged/missing products to Operations Manager
• Follow proper procedures for damaged items
• Float between Warehouses as needed, while maintaining knowledge of different products
• Drive Non-CDL trucks as needed
• Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure all tasks are complete
• Any other tasks or areas of responsibility that the Operations Manager, General Manager, or Schilling family deem appropriate

Education/Requirements:

• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Regularly lift/carry/move up to 50lbs
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Be professional and eager to assist customers
• Organizational skills, ability to do basic math, and read a tape measure
• Proficient scoring on all candidate testing 
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
