Retail Sales (Part-Time)

Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a part-time Retail Sales Assistant at our Saint John, IN location. This position is part time, up to 29 hours a week with opportunities for advancement. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist as needed, promptly and cheerfully
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ring out simple sales, handle payment properly
• Assist the Retail Sales personnel
• Be calm, tactful, courteous and professional in all interactions
• Answer phones, take messages, communicate effectively
• Assist with paperwork maintenance (scanning, filing, etc.)
• Keep front end organized and clean
• Complete tasks as requested by management and/or Schilling family
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Detail oriented, highly organized and exhibits professionalism 
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills necessary
• Adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills - must be a team player!
