Responsibilities: Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support Manage all contracts through closing Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards Maintain tracking of all relevant business and production numbers Manage the supplies, equipment, and presentation of the office space Marketing content creation for email, social media, and mailers Manage all communications including agent email, voicemail, and client inquiries Assist with document management, client communication, and broker approval for listings Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books and generating financial reports Qualifications: Real Estate Experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Marketing Strategy Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Bookkeeping skills - skilled with excel Great ability to focus Concerned about doing things the right way Calm under pressure Learning-based Service-based attitude Proven ability to succeed About Company: An Atlanta native, Leigh Schiff has established herself as one of the areas top producing agents, achieving close to $500 Million in sales during her 20+ years in real estate.Leigh formed the Schiff Real Estate Team in 2006 with her husband Michael to provide a more personalized real estate experience.
