Job Summary

It is a fast paced working environment where organizational and multitasking skills are REQUIRED. Strong potential for advancement opportunities. Benefits are offered after 1 year of employment as well as annual bonuses and increases based on performance. Annual base salary will range from 45K to 55K per year based on experience. Will train on the job.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Daily follow up with customer inquires to questions regarding their policies, bills, etc.

* Be resourceful in resolving issues to maintain client satisfaction.

* Develop and strengthen relationships with clients to retain their business.

* Discuss coverages and gaps to increase/add new products to existing client's accounts

* Manage time and multi-task to complete all necessary tasks daily

Qualifications and Skills

*Prior insurance experience a plus.

* Self-motivated and quick thinking

* MUST possess excellent communication, writing, speaking, and listening skills

* MUST possess excellent computer knowledge & usage of various Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.

* MUST pass background check

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
