Job Description Full Job Description The Remote (at-home) Customer Service Representative provides elevated customer service for customers via phone, email, and chat. Dedicated to Health Industry, the Customer Service Representative assists with all aspects of service across the industry. The Customer Service Representative assists customers in a courteous and professional manner that supports standards providing world-class customer service.

This position provides an opportunity for growth through the acquisition of additional skills. The Customer Service Representative begins with training for Healthcare and builds upon this foundation.
