Responsibilities:

Prepare and Send Customer Invoices
Receive, Record and Deposit Customer Payments
Prepare Checks/Payments for Vendor Invoices
Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements
Record and Reconcile Credit Card Statements
Respond to Customer or Vendor questions
Provide Ownership with weekly updates on Bank Balances, Receivables and Payables

Skills:

Proficient in Quickbooks Desktop
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Organizational Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
