Description:Scentsy is looking for a Consultant Development Manager (Home Based - Europe) to lead the development and engagement of Scentsy's top Consultants by developing relationships, identifying training needs, and providing coaching, training and motivation. *This position will be fully remote and candidates must be located in Europe**What You Would Do: Create ongoing business insights and analytics Assess Consultant's business needs and identify gaps Provide coaching, training, and motivation needed to help Consultants achieve personal and team goals Create strong relationships of respect and trust with leaders Work across other internal field development teams to ensure that all applicable training is leveraged to train leaders, while also creating content designed for specific regions Lead regular training calls Stay abreast of social media trends and communications with the field in order to leverage insight for training and development needs Provide... one-on-one coaching and training to top Dutch, German, and English-speaking leaders Provide training to groups of Dutch, German, and English-speaking Consultants Utilize existing and new content to create training content in Dutch, German, and English Share training plans and programs across geographies as well as offer support to Country Managers as needed Present at corporate events Provide input and report on the State of the Field to Director of Consultant Development Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as neededYou Should Have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years of training experience preferably in the direct selling industry Requires fluency in Dutch, German and English (reading, writing, and speaking)Things You Should Know & Be Able to Do: Desire to break training molds and try innovative approaches Proven ability to produce development programs on time and on budget and align those programs with a larger strategy Ability to manage individual workload while supporting the work of the team Ability to incorporate sound adult learning principles into curriculum Ability to present and speak effectively in front of large audiences Ability to develop and distribute relevant reports, dashboards, etc.

Ability to balance and incorporate the value of qualitative and quantitative data Demonstrated ability to coach leaders to higher performance Working knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite.Requirements:PI146361212
