For a Lighting Manufacturer – Lighting Experience and Knowledge Required
Customer Service: Support customers by providing timely responses to questions and issues. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities: CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Customer Service and Support
a. Handle and be involved with Customer Service and elevated issues
b. Communicate to customer order acknowledgements and shipment notifications
c. Track orders
d. Verify product designs and solutions
e. Interact with Customers to support top notch customer experience
2. Update and communicate schedules with customers.
3. Must have great email communication skills and follow up.
Ø Strong Excel Skills
Ø Electrical Distributor Sales or Lighting Showroom Sales
Ø Worked with quotations and/or crossing lighting products and finding alternative options
Ø Adobe Acrobat or In Design Program knowledge a plus
Ø AGI programing (PXPs) capability a plus
Ø Trade show coordination
Ø Strong computer skills and knowledge of internal product management systems a plus (P21)
Ø Must be a team player, willing to work in coordination with others and follow directions
Ø Must be organized and timely
