We have experienced significant growth in the last 3 years and are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to help us sustain that growth in 2022 and beyond.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will interact with SavvyMoney users and financial institutions in helping them with understanding the program, resolving their issues, and assisting with promoting financial and credit literacy. Your day to day work will involve solving problems, collaborating to fix issues, and above all representing SavvyMoney to our users and partners with exceptional enthusiasm and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily support requests with timely responses and resolutions.
- Collaborate with partnership, product and tech teams to identify issues and fixes.
- Track customer support SLA and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Support projects that involve customer feedback.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience in email, chat and phone-based customer support in technology driven product (required).
- Experience in, or knowledge of consumer credit, lending or similar financial products is highly desirable.
- Prior experience doing customer or sales support through chat and email in a startup or fintech is preferred.
- Knowledge of, and experience with Salesforce or other similar ticketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of MS office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that exhibit empathy, and generate confidence and trust.
- Flexibility to work Wed-Sun is a plus.
