HR Assistant - Two Days Remote - Hiring Immediately

Hybrid Schedule - Monday, Wednesday and Friday's on Site - Tuesday's & Thursday's remote.

Reports to VP of Human Resources

• Will support the HR Team (VP, Payroll & Benefits, HRBP, HR Generalists, Recruiting)

Interview: Virtual & On-Site Interviews

Responsibilities as follows:

• Reporting on headcount, overtime, PTO, KPI's, and reports for Finance
• Conducting pre-employment screens in ADP
• Creating new hire employee folders
• Completing I-9 and e-verify for new hires
• Submitting IT tickets for onboarding/offboarding requirments
• Creating onboarding schedules and new hire announcements
• Getting workstations ready for new hires to start on day 1
• Creating Org. Charts
• Updating our contractor tracking file
• Scheduling interviews and providing administrative support to our internal recruiter
• Opening of mail. filing and mailing of live paychecks
• Completing paperwork for employee changes
• Creating employee documentation, offer letter, compensation letters and etc.
• Providing additional admin support as it arises to our HR Manager, Recruiter and VP of HR

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of Administrative Experience
• Experience in a fast-paced HR environment
• Can handle multiple priorities with high volume hiring support
• Self-starter
• Confidentiality is key
• Excellent excel skills/mail merge experience required
• Strong communication skills
