HOW HIRING!! Manufacturing company located in Chesterfield, is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. The company is growing substantially and is looking to provide a solid career path to a Customer service focused individual. The culture is extremely warm, employee orientated and focused.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will be responsible for selling and advising of present or prospective customers on company products. Customer Service Representatives will be taking inbound routed calls, making welcoming outbound calls and any other form of communication from; New Customers, G Accounts, and answering questions from General Public. (This is not a cold calling position, but relationship building with new or existing customers!) *Your goal is to aid Account Executives in retaining their/your assigned territory, current customer base and provide customer service and investigative support through welcoming new customers while asking qualifying and detailed questions resulting in new business, retention and revenue growth within those accounts.

Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:
-Utilize direct communication attempts and contact strategies that result in driving revenue for the sales department-Influence new or existing customers to buy or retain product or service (make 50+ outbound calls per day to your assigned territory/ book of business)

-Provide product reference information while speaking with customers that call in directly
-Working in concurrence with the other Customer Service Representatives in processing Sales and Customer Service Inboxes, and incoming faxes
-Document transactions by completing forms and record logs via Fishbowl
-Maintains database by entering, verifying, accurate coding and backing up data
-Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
-Maintains quality service by following organization standards
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Demonstrate effective Business communication skills
-Identify workplace problems and make recommendations in providing solutions
-Leverage advanced skills and knowledge to achieve rapport and increase revenue
-Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills while maintaining the highest level of professionalism both internally and externally

Qualified applicants will possess:
1. 3-5 years of 'hands on' phone experience, *Must have background with high-volume inbound and outbound calling
2. Multitasker, easily adapts to change
3. Hard worker who values a smaller organization with flexibility
