Job Description

The General Manager leadership role at one of Savory's full-service restaurant concepts can be the launch pad of your career. With the help of our world-class Savory Institute Executive Training program, you will continually develop and master new skills that can be applied in your everyday life. The GM leadership position comes with a starting salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 and additional bonus compensation ranging from $12,000yr - $29,000yr and generous perks and benefits, including health insurance and HSA contributions.


  • 3 to 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience 
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED


As a General Manager, you are responsible for managing all daily operations. You will lead, coach, and develop up to 100 team members(dependant on the concept) under your wing, and it's essential that each one feels valued and appreciated as we're counting on their dedication and hard work day-in, day-out! As a leader, you'll also maintain high standards for food quality while ensuring safe practices like health inspections. You will ensure the restaurant's efficient and profitable business performance and the optimal utilization of staff and resources while ensuring guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
