Together The Shop Club and Derby restaurant offer an experience for everyone in the local community to socialize, work and play. We have locations in Seattle and Dallas. The Shop Club is looking for a Business Operations Manager/Executive Support to partner with the Shop Club Owner to ensure efficient operations of daily business processes and people management.

issues when they arise.Understand the needs of individual departments and employee groups and serve as a cross functional liaison between locations.Understand the technology used to navigate the business operations and maximize the efficiency of all business procedures. Partner with hiring managers to ensure proper onboarding and paperwork are completed timely.Process Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables for the Shop Clubs. Coordinate with third party vendor for Derby Restaurants.Perform some financial controller responsibilities - budgets, forecasts, analysis.Process bi-weekly payroll for the Shop Clubs using ADP.
Act as an escalation point for third party payroll vendor for Derby Restaurants.Administer group health benefit plans.Manage commercial insurance renewals and payments.
