Satori Mortgage is looking for licensed loan officers. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work in a “non-corporate” environment. We are a broker, not a bank. Suits and ties are not required; it’s not uncommon to see team members in hats, flip-flops and shorts.

Ideal candidates must be team players who have a thirst for knowledge. In all honesty, we prefer loan officers who desire training. The most successful loan officers in our company are master lead generators that simply need an expert team to help drive loans to the closing table. We will help you take your business and help to develop it into consistent, productive months. We then use this base to help construct additional marketing techniques and strategies, to stimulate growth. It’s win-win for everyone.

Our loan officers are willing to attend events after “banking hours” and we are willing to accept phone calls after 5pm, on occasion. If you are looking for a normal 9 to 5 position, this is not for you. This is a “sales” position, so performance is everything. If you are looking for a company with no income ceilings, where pay is directly relative to production, Satori is for you.

The Orlando branch is known for sponsoring golf tournaments, donating fishing trips for wounded first responders and being involved in the community with other events (even on weekends). We are looking for someone who is outgoing and willing to talk to just about anyone. You must be able to have fun when appropriate but, be willing to work hard when needed.

As stated above, this position comes with a team and everything you will need to grow your own book of business, maintain your current relationships, and to help you develop future partnerships. We will take you through our process, our investor portfolio and our software, to stay up to date on the ever-evolving mortgage business. Bottom line: while other companies are looking at layoffs and/or closing their doors, we are growing.
