Excellent opportunity for a new or experienced clinician to join one of our school-based programs in Erie. Provide child-centered, family-focused counseling for children and adolescents who are experiencing serious emotional and behavioral difficulties. Trauma-focused treatment environment utilizing the Sanctuary Model. Be a resource for classroom staff, and collaborate with other members of the clinical team. Full-year, school-year,and full- and part-time options available. We can accommodate your personal and professional needs! Responsibilities include:
- Conduct therapy students/clients as needed
- Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans for all clients
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure quality, seamless service for all clients.
- Document treatment using EHR
- Average caseload: varies by program, but averages range from 20-30 clients

Schedule: Salaried, exempt position classification, Primarily M-F, Daytime Schedule (some flexibility may be necessary). Pay Grade 6a Range: $35,570 to $52,300; Salary commensurate with experience or clinical license (not required).
Master's degree (Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.), with supervised clinical internship; related experience with children and adolescents; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong organization and time management skills.
