Job Description

Sante is hiring for the position of Data Analyst/Business Intelligence (BI) Developer!

Sante is a young and growing company that provides senior living, transitional skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, memory care, home health, and telemedicine services, currently in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in cross-departmental enterprise initiatives to deliver innovative and improved systems, processes, and information. This will lead to better patient care, employee conditions, and more efficient and effective ways of delivering quality healthcare.

As an Analyst, you will study operational needs and the data that supports improved efficiencies and performance. You create reports, dashboards, and analysis, primarily using Microsoft Power BI, but also other Power Apps, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools as required.

The Data Analyst will:

  • Provide oversight, coordination, and project management for BI, integration, and automation projects
  • Quickly learn various healthcare data models and other systems through on-line training and hands on practice.
  • Provide high-level administration and configuration of BI and SharePoint Online software
  • Mentor and teach others to use the tools and to interpret data
  • Develop and maintain project plans and processes
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards
  • Develop and maintain supporting applications, including Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint, Teams, et al.
  • Write and update relevant documentation
  • Actively contribute to project tasks when necessary
  • Assist the CIO with other activities, communications, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Aptitude and attitude to learn deep details of EMR/EHR and other software
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with creating visualizations and dashboards in Power BI
  • SQL and at least one programming language, e.g., Python
  • DBMS administration
  • Loves rapid change of topics and priorities
  • Communicate effectively, in a professional manner, across verbal and written formats
  • Residence: Scottsdale/Phoenix metro; alt. Denver metro
  • Ability to travel to Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and possibly other states, as required (infrequently, if ever).
