Job Title: Customer Account Representative | Occupational Medicine | Bismarck

The Customer Accounts Representative provides essential functions including maintaining accounts, billing, and record keeping duties. Responsible for entering of service charges, invoicing, reconciling balances, submitting bills to customers, posting payments, adjustments, depositing funds, and communicating financial reports. Responsible for meeting the needs of the customer service requests and assisting in the coordination of clinic personnel in providing those services based on service contracts/agreements.
Post medical insurance billings. Process, prepare, and submit business or government forms, such as submitting applications for coverage to insurance carriers. Encourages and accepts other points of view. Processes limited amounts of detailed information with good accuracy. Provides a quality of service that customers describe as excellent. Communicates well downward, upward, and outward. Creates communication channels for informing areas and personnel that are affected by membership and billing claims and requirements. Handles basic types of enrollment transactions and premium billings or invoices. Processes payments, credits, debits and adjustments.
Associate degree in business/public relations preferred. Minimum of two years work experience in Occupational Health or business office required.
