Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Expertise: Bring prior experience in the field of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment, with a strong preference for demonstrated expertise in detoxification practices. Crisis Management Mastery: Proficient in providing unwavering support to clients during moments of crisis, armed with a toolkit of effective verbal de-escalation techniques.

Collaborative Spirit: A dedicated team player committed to actively participating in our mission to drive positive change within our community. Adherence to Regulatory Standards: Exhibit strict adherence to Virginia state regulations, including the completion of a Central Registry Check, Fingerprinting, and a Sandstone-issued TB test, all to be completed prior to the start date.
