Online Sales Coordinator

Position Summary

The Online Sales Coordinator is expected to respond, qualify, assist, and follow up with all inbound online leads. Additionally, the OSC will work closely with the Marketing department and Area Sales Manager to increase customer engagement through online marketing efforts and email campaigns.

Primary job responsibilities:

·         Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately

·         Qualify leads based on needs

·         Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects to facilitate appointments with our Community Sales Managers

·         Provide information and marketing material to prospects

·         Help prospects determine the best community and floor plan for their needs

·         Utilize lead-management software and other web-based tools

·         Plan and execute e-mail campaigns with our Marketing Coordinator

·         Assist with new community launches by building interest lists for "Coming Soon" communities

·         Continually provide nurture e-mails and phone calls to prospects


We seek a customer-focused and personable individual with:

·         A proven track record of two to five years in internet-based sales and marketing in a real estate environment

·         Outstanding customer service skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

·         Solid planning and multi-tasking skills

·         The ability and inclination to work with mobile communication devices

·         No real estate license required

·         Weekend availability is required

·         Occasional travel will be required
