Through our company’s continued growth and desire to better serve our customers, we are currently seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Mankato, MN.

Diesel Mechanics diagnose, adjust, repair, or overhaul compact and agricultural equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair compact and agricultural equipment
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components
• Interface positively with Service Writers, leadership team, the parts department, vendors, and customers
• Keep paperwork updated and submitted upon completion
• Meet certification requirements
• Meet and maintain efficiency labor goals

knowledge, education and/or experience:

• Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
• Technical degree or certification is a plus
• On-line parts catalog experience

skills:

• Written and verbal communication skills
• MS Outlook skills
• Diagnostic tools skills

abilities:

• Work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs
• Use computers for web-based training and work order system
• Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional confident relationship with the customer
• Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
