Responsible for evaluating,planning, and implementing treatment of inpatients and outpatients with a widevariety of lymphedema related diagnoses utilizing specialized modalities andtechniques in accordance with the Professional Standards of Practice and Codeof Ethics as established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), TENET,and Therapy Department Policies and Procedures. Collaborates withinter-disciplinary and inter-departmental teams to achieve goals and objectivesfor the provision of optimal patient care services. These services includestructured treatment, program implementation, related documentation, andcommunication.
Major: Physical Therapy - M.S, DPT.
Minimum six (6) months of recent Physical Therapy.
Must possess and maintain throughout the duration of employment:
Current California P.T. License
Current Lymphedema Certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Provider issued by the American Heart Association
