Summary of Job: Maintain club house equipment in good working order; provide repairs as needed.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities:
Ø Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, appliances, elevators, ventilation system and building structure of the Club as requested;
Ø Conducts plumbing repairs such as leaking pipes and faucets and clogged drains;
Ø Performs various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work;
Ø Maintains the air conditioning, refrigerators, ice makers and pool pumps;
Ø Any other projects as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
Minimum Job Requirements :
Ø 3-5 years of experience in all aspects of general maintenance;
Ø Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, in English, both written and verbal formats;
Ø HVAC Certification preferred;
Ø High School Diploma or equivalent education required;
Ø High standards of integrity and reliability;
Ø Interior/exterior painting experience;
Ø Ability to carry and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally;
Ø Ability to stand for extended periods of time; ability to bend, reach, and stretch;
Ø Must be available to work adjustable work-week, including weekends.
