Sales Representative for Real Estate

We are a fast-growing real estate company looking for a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by generating leads and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and cold calling
- Qualify leads by assessing their motivation, timeline, and budget for real estate investments
- Follow up with leads and build relationships to understand their needs and preferences
- Present our services and properties to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive way
- Negotiate and close deals with buyers and sellers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties
- Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and clients in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to succeed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
