Our Marketing Team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with the vision to produce innovative marketing strategies that align with the market needs of our customers. In this role you will develop and direct all the product marketing activities for a portfolio of SambaSafety products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take the lead in developing intentional product launches and campaigns focused on resonating with our target audience. You will be responsible for the facilitation of product communications and campaign strategies, creating demand for products and increasing sales.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the success of specific products and solutions by developing creative and innovative marketing strategies that address the challenges and business needs of our prospects and clients. Successful candidates will have a passion for taking the complex and making it simple, and for marketing through compelling stories.

Our ideal candidate will have vast experience in product marketing, is a highly efficient and organized person, an excellent project manager, and a selfless team player. The Product Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with various departments to ensure asset creation speaks to the intended representation of our product.


  • Have a deep understanding of our markets and create materials to help our customers understand the potential impact SambaSafety can have on their business.
  • Evangelize the product value proposition and messaging to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence library. Understand why we are winning and losing in the market, adapting marketing strategies and tactics to reduce the threat.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of our competition and the market. Act as the “messenger of the market” from the outside-in to the rest of the organization.
  • Own the identification, curation and maintenance of a comprehensive user and buyer persona library leveraged by both product management and marketing.
  • Define the buying process and market messaging throughout.
  • Enable sales team, ensuring clear consistent messaging in all phases of the sales and post sales process.
  • Lead ongoing education initiatives for existing customers increasing awareness of new products and services.
  • Drive thought leadership in the market through a combination of written content and speaking engagements.
  • Encourage customer retention through ongoing marketing activities ensuring that customers are receiving maximum value from our solutions
  • Be part of a creative and agile team dedicated to shaping our brand.
  • Tailor messaging to meet feature/product adoption goals.
  • Provide input on pricing and packaging.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as marketing, product & sales on the creation of positioning for our products.
  • Work within roadmap timelines and deadlines on GTM strategy.


  • 3+ years of marketing, sales, or product management experience
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • High degree of creativity, ingenuity, and personal ownership
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS preferred
  • Ability to facilitate alignment & build relationships across the organization
  • Organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple competing projects
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as JIRA, Marketo & Salesforce
  • Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
  • Subject matter expert/Insurance or Transportation industry experience a strong plus
  • Product Marketing Certified (PMA Core)/Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or higher preferred

Work Location: Denver, CO or Remote

Compensation: Based on experience. $100k. 10% Bonus program.
