SamCart is building a high performing, fast paced SMB Account Executive team. We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive (AE) to join our team.

At SamCart, the SMB AE team will handle inbound leads, focusing on closing new business and converting prospects who've already started a trial. An ideal candidate for this role must be goal-oriented, coachable, and self-motivated. SamCart has an employee-first culture.

We strongly believe in promoting internally and successful SMB AE's can advance their career into a Mid-Market or Enterprise AE. RequirementsKey responsibilities:Work with potential customers during their trial period, ensuring success with our productBecome an eCommerce expert and guide our customers on their way to exceeding their online sales goalsIdentify and understand users' pain points and educate them on how SamCart can solve their problemsConduct informative SamCart demos and highlight unique competitive advantages that can help customers grow their businessRespond to new customer questions as they set up their account. Schedule onboarding calls as necessaryWe are looking for someone who is:A closer; 1+ years of top performance in a sales role, ideally at a high-volume SaaS companyCompetitive & thrives in a fast-paced team environment A natural communicator, both written and verbalQuick learner and tech-savvy; knowledgeable of tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, and HubspotThis position will be based in either our Austin, TX, or Fulton, MD office. This is not a remote position.
