Job BriefOutreach Workers Woodburn, OREmployment duration:Full timeExempt Status:Non-exemptOffer Relocation?:NoProvides clients and patients of YVFWC with the needed educational information related to social service agencies available in the YVFWC service area.What we're looking for:A clear communicator who is able to build good relationships with all clinic staff and patients, and interacts with everyone in a positive and professional manner.Someone with high quality phone skills and customer service.Someone with call center or reception experience preferred.A person who understands how to connect to local community agencies and resources.Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED.Experience: Minimum one year of experience working as a lay leader, promotor (a), community health worker or similar role.Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Oregon State driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.Bilingual in...
