Food Beverage Manager

Plaza Mariachi, Music City is seeking a Food Beverage Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for creating a top-flight culinary experience for all guests of the plaza. We've built an outstaning reputation for our Events and jEntertainment, and we're need a seasoned F&B professional to bring our restaurant experiences to that same level.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities across lounges, bars, restaurants and remote outlets
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel as well as bar tenders, cashiers, and cocktail servers
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant(s) needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Implement and Oversee Inventory management standards & practices

​Qualifications:

• 3 years Previous experience Managing in full-service restaurant environment or Hotel Food & Beverage
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and calm in an otherwise chaotic environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with all hourly personnel, fully fluent in English/Spanish a huge plus
