We also produce events across the US and globally to engage our enthusiastic customers and prospects. Salesforce is seeking a talented events marketing and campaigns specialist to join our Events Marketing team. We are seeking someone who has solid collaboration skills, thorough program management skills, a strong passion for events audience communications, creativity, and proven experience developing effective events communications plans with measurable results.Responsibilities
+ Partner with sales enablement and marketing leadership to develop results-oriented audience acquisition campaigns to hit registration and pipeline goals for Salesforce's strategic events.
+ Partner with marketing operations to create campaigns, reports, and dashboards to optimize audience reporting for every event.
+ Work with key marketing systems (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to generate segmented messaging via email, SMS, social, and mobile push notifications.
+ Own analysis of marketing campaign performance, as well as a reporting framework for weekly, monthly and quarterly results and goal attainment.
+ Partner with Marketing Analytics team on website analysis and recommendations for optimization across all our events websites.
+ Identify and execute tests and opportunities for optimized growth, and strategic audience acquisition for each event.
+ Partner with campaigns to create a seamless transition for follow up campaigns to increase sales pipeline and lead generation.
+ Communicate with the senior leadership team regarding program execution and demand generation results and impact.
+ Execute on business vision for events websites and other digital properties.
+ Work cross functionally across departments (Creative, Campaigns, Email, Marketing Operations, and IT) to create compelling campaigns and websites.
Qualifications and Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree, Marketing.
+ 5+ years of experience, with an emphasis on demand generation campaigns and/or major event communications and digital marketing.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and use collaboration tools.
+ Must be data driven and results oriented with a strong base knowledge of audience acquisition for Cloud / SaaS companies.
+ Very high attention to detail.
+ Familiarity working with the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.
+ Cross functional team player with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
+ Must quickly grasp company messaging and branding.
+ Very strong written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
+ Experience deploying marketing websites and basic knowledge of web analytics.
+ Familiarity with paid media programs, including paid Social, SEM, display ads.
+ Able to work on complex tasks independently while collaborating with others.
+ Experience managing events communication in a B2B cloud technology setting is a plus.
+ Flexible attitude and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
+ Able to effectively prioritize work and balance stakeholders.
