In the role of Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying commercial hydronic sales opportunities with new and existing corporate clients. This is a consultative sales role and your ability to ask questions and understand a clients needs will position you to create a win-win relationship. This position will be based out of Phoenix and will be best suited for people who can self-motivate and are very organized. This role will require some travel within your assigned territory, and on any given day you may find yourself in a boardroom speaking with business leaders or in a dusty field surveying the future site of a commercial project with developers. If you are adaptable, have strong problem-solving skills, exude professionalism, are resourceful, and love consultative/technical sales - this is your role!
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior B2B sales experience
- An engineering degree is desirable
- Experience with plumbing components is desirable
- Commercial development background is desirable
- Technical aptitude
- Large base salary (Depends on Experience)
