Sales Focus, Inc. a global leader in Sales Outsourcing is growing. Recently moving to a larger, state of the art space, SFI is looking for a Call Center Manager to “Manage, Train and Grow”. We are seeking a Call Center Sales Manager to be responsible of managing sales teams in various industries as well as new business development and growing our client base by identifying and securing additional opportunities. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our client. The Sales Manager takes a program from its inception and the signing of the contract and guides it to its launch. Once launched the Sales Manager continues to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress as well as all process and procedures. The Sales Manager is responsible for all growth within the program.

The Sales Manager guides the sales representatives by coaching, training and providing direct instructions and assistance in client acquisition.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Client KO meeting
  • Toolkit development
  • Recruiting and Staffing
  • Program Launch
  • Sales Staff Training
  • Daily tracking and management of sales teams
  • Primary contact between Client and SFI
  • Verification of sales reps achieving KPI and Quotas Coordination of staffing with SFI recruiting and HR
  • Weekly calls and reporting to client on achievements, obstacles, observations and recommendations.
  • Client Satisfaction
  • Program continuation and expansion
  • Weekly operational meetings with SFI executives

Sales Quotas

  • Meet or exceed monthly team sales quotas
  • Conduct training for each of his or her sales reps on a continual basis
  • Manage your team to drive and develop solution to close a sale by identifying and eliminating objections

Requirements

  • Must have sales management experience
  • Must have call center experience in a sales or managment role
  • 3+ years sales experience with proven track record to meet or exceed goals
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management skills and great attention to detail
