Remote Insurance Broker / Work From Home

We are looking for Professional Sales People in search of more than just a job. Sales and Leadership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right people. Must have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License within the 1st 30 days.

This is a commission-based sales position. Commissions are paid daily! We use a proprietary sales system working warm leads in a turn-key business model. Offering unlimited Growth and Income Opportunities. The average commission on a starting contract is $525 per sale with an ability to get a 5% raise every 2 months based on production metrics. This is a remote position. Full-time or part-time opportunity for the right candidate. Our agents have full control of their calendars.

We offer a FastTrack Bonus opportunity for new agents who meet eligibility requirements within the first 120 days. (Up to $12,500 in bonus opportunity)

Required Duties:

Conduct a Minimum of 250 Calls Weekly to Schedule Meetings with Clients.

Schedule 12-15 Appointments with Potential Clients Weekly via Zoom or Face to Face Meetings.

Build and Maintain Relationships with New and Repeat Clients.

Educate Clients on how Plans will Benefit Them and Their Families.

Work Closely with Mentor and Team to Grow the Company and the Brand.
