Job Title - SAP Security GRC Consultant

Location - Houston, TX

Job Description :

Act as primary contact for SAP Security setup, processes and administration Work with other SAP groups assisting with security issue resolution and troubleshooting Analyze SAP authorization assignments and segregation of duties conflicts Lead business customers through defining roles, discussing role changes and impacts. Planning and coordinating positive and negative tests of all new and changed roles Communicate and translate SAP authorization requirements to business process owners Must have experience with auditing, event triggering, and complianceassurance testing Must be ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate Position Summary Responsible for providing subject matter expertise and maintaining the SAP system integrity from an identity, access management, and compliance perspective. Contribute to the creation and execution of the overall strategy for SAP security and compliance. Implement enterprise roadmap for access and identity management. Essential Responsibilities Percent of Time Responsible for SAP Security strategy, development, and management. Act as point-of-contact for internal and external audit requests that impact IT Security for SAP applications. Define and implement a sustainable and scalable security design for SAP systems. Provide project planning support for SAP Security and additional Access Management solutions. Ensure proper compliance with regulatory requirements (FERC, SOX, etc.) Manage internal security staff including contractors and 3rd party support personnel. Coordinate future integrations between SAP and other Xcel application technologies from a security and compliance perspective. Represent the security team in Leadership Meetings. Regularly review and prioritize projectstasks for SAP security and establish detailed work plans. Stay abreast of current trends and technical advancements in the areas of SAP security. Minimum Requirements Bachelorrsquos degree, preferably in related area andor equivalent experience. At least 5 years related experience. At least 3 years demonstrated expertise in at least one of these areas SAP audit, SAP security designre-design, SAP GRC implementation, Identity Management. Experience with hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation andor effective SAP audit experience exposure to SAP GRC version 10.1 is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
