The privately held company was founded in 1993 and has enjoyed consistent growth and performance. Moving forward, the organization will build upon a strong foundation with an ambitious, yet achievable strategic vision which requires the right leader to join the owners in stewarding the health of the company and expansion of its footprint.The President and COO role exists to provide strategic, hands-on, and operational leadership to achieve the business vision and facilitate the growth, development, and happiness of CBF employees.
The person in this role will work very closely with founder and CEO, Roger Christianson, in co-creating the strategy and then ensuring it is carried out.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS Strategy and Execution - Facilitate the design and execution of a clear... compelling, and actionable strategy with measurable and achievable goals. Operational Efficiency and Effectiveness - Provide oversight to increase consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency with design, sales, and installs.
Leadership Team Meetings and Integrator/Visionary Relationship - Work closely with the owner CEO to implement each component of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) with excellence. Employee Development, Coaching, and Performance - Set the tone for the CBF culture and create an environment of team cohesion, accountability, engagement, performance, and personal growth. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding- Create a talent strategy to support the CBF strategic vision and oversee recruiting and onboarding efforts to support team member retention, engagement, and productivity.
Team Leadership - Provide consistent coaching, leadership, and communication to each direct report to support them and their teams in achieving their goals.
