Customer Service Job Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service experience required - retail, hospitality, and restaurant welcome
Data entry experience preferred
Excellent tablet/computer skills- microsoft, ios, android
Maintain an exceptionally high degree of customer confidentiality and support
Customer Service Job Responsibilities
Implement customer care by assisting consumers with transfers when they request account changes.
Refer pending consumer complaints to authorized divisions for further review
Respond to customer inquiries and notify customers of any changes in policy
Acquire and review all necessary material to determine the legitimacy of grievances and to identify possible explanations
Keep logs of client contacts and sales, document specifics of requests, grievances and remarks, as well as decisions performed
Upsell customer to new or additional products
