DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time territory sales manager is a remote position. A typical week includes working from the comfort of your own home office on Monday and Friday, then traveling to various retail locations from Tuesday - Thursday, including overnight travel. The amount of travel is flexible depending on our home improvement business needs.
As an Area Sales Manager - Territory Manager, you facilitate a positive experience for customers and sales associates across all of our sales channels. You travel to various retail locations to ensure our home improvement products are merchandised properly and displays are uniform. Leveraging your interpersonal skills, you develop strong working relationships across all business channels in order to promote our products.
You are a valuable resource for our sales associates, providing professional and innovative training to individuals as well as small and large groups. As a true team player, you support territory sales and marketing initiatives as well as assist our regional sales managers by acting as a liaison between stores and our fabricator network. You feel great as you watch your hard work pay off in the growth of our associates and the success of our business!
