A printing manufacturer located in the Valencia area is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales/Customer Service Agent to join their team! This company prides itself in their commitment to detail and customer service.
The Customer Service Agent attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
Customer Service Agents are the first line of contact customers have with a business which goes without saying, that this candidate should be dedicated and reliable. Seeking a candidate who has a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a customer service role and experience with sales/telemarketing. This Agent will contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What you need:
- 2 years of prior experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Developing and retaining relationships through listening and implementing a successful plan of action
- Resolving a wide variety of issues through customer education and follow up
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Compensation is $15/Hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
Location: Valencia, CA
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales position
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Detail oriented and organized with effective communication skills
- Prior retail/sales/telemarketing experience
- Solid work ethic with a positive attitude
- Fast data entry skills (40wpm+) and proficient in Microsoft Office products
