A printing manufacturer located in Valencia, CA is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Rep to join their team! This company prides itself in their commitment to detail and customer service.
The Customer Experience Rep assists customers in placing their orders by communicating through phone, email, and live chat. This is a team of professionals who value the timely and accurate processing of each customer’s order.
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide top-rated customer service through phone, email and live chat to internal and external customers
- Accurately and efficiently input and verify information through proprietary software
- Create physical job mock-ups and prepare orders to be sent to Prepress Team
- Quickly learn and retain a clear understanding of features, options, and procedures
Compensation: $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: Glendale, CA (training), Valencia, CA (home location)
