JOB SUMMARY:

  • Come support our busy Providers and amazing patients! Our Schedulers provides office support and phenomenal customer service and problem-solving. Will work M-F at our office in Draper, UT.

  • Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Update routes for all Providers daily/weekly/monthly for patient visits.
    • Updates spreadsheets with the patient's appointments.
    • Collaborate with the company's insurance professionals regarding the patients benefit coverage and financial responsibilities.
    • Assess patient needs and document all communication in the Electronic Medical Records System regarding coordination of care.
    • Communicate with various department and health care providers pertaining to patient needs and concerns in order to enhance resolution.
    • Answer inquiry calls and emails from patients, families and facilities while respecting the patient's dignity and confidentiality.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Working with standard office equipment and computers; including spreadsheets
  • Ability to work in an office environment-with dedicated office space that can be closed off by a door for security and HIPPA compliance
  • Excellent customer service skills, including friendly demeanor and follow-up
  • Team oriented
  • 6 months prior customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
