We are looking to hire an experienced Call center manager in our Windsor Locks, CT office. Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills. Must have the desire to help others succeed in order to accomplish the mission.

Job Description

  • Hire, train, and maintain Call Center Representatives
  • Work with Marketing manager to help facilitate and implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage schedules of Call Center reps to stay in budget and meet call metrics to ensure success.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Work with Sales Manager to ensure a solid opportunity schedule to meet company sales goals! We offer a weekly salary plus commission based on successful goal attainment.
