Job Description

At a glance:

  • A selling Sales Management role involving a combination of office and remote, Inside Sales environments. While maintaining personal minimum sales requirements, you'll be leading and coaching a team of Inside Sales Representatives selling ADT's core residential product: Home Security and Home Automation

Safe Haven Security, ADT's largest authorized dealer is EXPANDING! We are looking to add a TALENTED, HARD-WORKING Sales Manager to our growing team! We're looking for a motivated, go-getter with some real HUSTLE! Previous management experience is preferred - but we'll develop a high-performing sales rep with the right ATTITUDE! This is a W-2 position with benefits - so you supply the DRIVE, we'll handle the rest!

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activity of a remote Inside Sales team

Responsibilities:

  • Coach, train, and motivate your team through in-person side by sides, phone and group chat communication
  • Maintain and/or exceed minimum personal sales requirements
  • Interview and hire sales talent
  • Track and audit team sales
  • Conduct virtual training in a group environment, along with 1:1 coaching/development
  • Support your team by controlling attrition, critical to your overall success
  • Perform other duties as requested by Sales Director
  • Daily office hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Sales experience, supervisory preferred
  • Experience with both relationship-based, and one-call-close sales
  • Ability to work efficiently with technical devices including laptop, PC, and other similar support tools
  • Innate ability to lead and motivate others
  • The ability to work in a local office, or a remote home-based environment
