Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America.  We are currently in 90+ markets and looking to expand into 30 more.  We are a privately held, debt-free company that prides itself on having the top pay and benefits in the Home Security industry.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

Our Sales Managers are expected to hire, train, and motivate a local direct sales team.  To be successful, our Sales Managers also understand the importance of leading their team’s sales efforts personally in the field, until the team is well established and doesn’t need the manager’s personal sales to hit team goals.  We have a proven formula of success to guide you through this process.  Expected first year earnings are between $110,000 - $180,000.

  • Strong Compensation Package
    • W-2 Employment
    • Weekly Base Salary
    • Uncapped Personal Sales Commissions
    • Uncapped Override Commissions on Sales Staff
    • Monthly Bonuses
  • Minimum First Year Income Expectation $127,600
  • Paid Training

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Applicants must have proven track record of sales leadership.  Applicant must also have three years of sales experience, B2C preferred.  

 

Position involves standard residential sales hours, which includes evenings and some Saturdays.

 

If selected, you will be required to train for 3 consecutive weeks in our nationally recognized Management Training Program, at our corporate headquarters in Kansas City, MO.  Travel, lodging and transportation are provided during this paid training.
