All in. All the time. The success of a Safe Haven rep depends on their ability to maximize their daily activity. This is a solution-based sales environment with an entrepreneurial spirit. The compensation plan rewards those who succeed and multiplier levels favor ongoing success. Integrated selling is the new norm as our clients' needs span multiple product lines and you are compensated based off the package sold. A portion of your leads are sent from our internal Team and a portion of your leads will come from building partnerships and referral sources from the leads disbursed by the internal Team. There are dollars in the hustle and all leads are generated through a structured, proven activity plan.

In this role, you will:
- Network and build relationships to create a residual income through a portfolio of Realtors that you build Nationwide.
- Consult with new homeowners and sell our suite of products and services.
- Schedule appointments utilizing multiple communication channels (phone, email, marketing campaigns, text).
- Project a positive image consistent with our values in representing Safe Haven to clients and the community.
- Strive to consistently gain both competitive and sales skills knowledge to stay agile and relevant in today’s business climate and maximize your potential.
