Job Description

AIM Chemicals, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial cleaning products, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in northern Atlanta or Sugar Hill, Georgia.

 

OPPORTUNITY:
As our Inside Sales representative, you will prospect and develop new leads for our national distributor channel including automotive, janitorial, and industrial supply houses. The national market is rich with opportunity. We have ambitious growth plans for 2023 and are expanding our sales team to capitalize on these vast opportunities throughout the United States.

 

You will prospect and qualify new accounts (local and regional) and schedule appointments for our owners and outside sales team (Area Managers.) Communicate with existing customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth sales process. Your ability to build rapport with prospects and customers over the phone will deliver sales results and customer satisfaction. Your incentive pay will be derived from 75% of new accounts and 25% from existing accounts. Uncapped income potential will reward your diligent sales efforts.

 

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will receive outstanding coaching/mentoring on sales prospecting and qualifying. Career track opportunities are available.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Close sales and achieve sales targets as you build and develop new accounts through prospecting, cold calling and relationships building.

· Research and qualify new leads and communicate with customers, generate interest in our products for face-to-face meetings with Area Managers, follow-up, and nurture leads.

· Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.

· Answer customers' questions and send additional information per email.

· Communicate the AIM Chemicals value proposition.

· Stay current with product and price information and upsell/cross sell products to customers.

· Create and maintain a CRM database of current and potential customers.

· Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.

· Stay informed about competing products and services.

· Strategize, run, and manage social media campaigns.

· Previous experience in developing new business through daily phone call prospecting.

· Demonstrated sales performance track record in develop leads and closing sales.

· Thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

· Commitment to building strong relationships with customers through effective communications.

· Well organized to work a disciplined sales plan.

· Technology savvy to work with CRM and digital marketing software.

· Lives within a reasonable commute to our Sugar Hill office.

· Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) is a bonus!

 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
AIM Chemicals, Inc. will reward your sales talents with an attractive compensation plan that includes a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Commission plan includes payout on existing and new accounts. On target earnings (OTE) in the first year is $50-55K. Year two OTE is expected to be $70K-100K. Your employee benefit plan includes medical, 401(k) retirement plan and paid vacation. Travel reimbursement and laptop provided. Office full-time in our Sugar Hill office/showroom.
