Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our growing Inside Sales team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will contact company-generated leads using various outbound methods. You will expand the company through these efforts and provide strategic sales recommendations to meet new customers' needs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales experience OR 2 seasons of door-to-door
• Dynamic: You are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills: You are charismatic, have excellent communication skills, and can connect with others easily while building value in company services
• Work ethic: You are persistent, disciplined, and have a reliable work ethic
• Bonus: You have previous phone sales experience

What to Expect:

• You will receive inbound calls from company-generated leads and provide strategic recommendations
• You will support and collaborate with potential customers to find solutions to their pest control needs and build value in Saela's services
• You will follow up with leads as necessary using various platforms
• You will receive weekly mentoring from senior sales representatives and managers to support you in developing your sales skills and achieving your personal goals
