Job Description:

Saela is expanding! We have three positions available and would love to receive your application for the job that would fit you best:

Customer Retention: You will be connecting with our existing customers to extend services and maintain retention.

Customer Service Representative: You will be receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.

Outbound Customer Care: You will be receiving outbound calls to our customers for various reasons. You will also be returning customers calls and following up on previous customer requests

Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of customer service call center experience
  • Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Relations: You engender trust and rapport, actively listen, and validate customers while providing solutions
  • Dynamic: You are a proven team player and have a focused and persistent work ethic
  • Bonus: 3+ months of sales or retention experience


What to Expect:

Customer Retention Representative:
  • You will receive inbound calls from other departments to speak with customers regarding requests to cancel their service
  • You will contact customers who desire to cancel their service or who have already canceled and collaborate with the customer to find solutions
  • You will apply principles of retention and assist customers interested in renewing services
  • You will provide exemplary customer advocacy to resolve customer issues and improve Saela's services

Customer Service Representative:
  • You will receive inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests (scheduling, billing inquiries, service concerns, general questions)
  • You will respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of Saela products and services
  • You will accurately record customer information and interactions in a Customer Relationship Management software
  • You will communicate with various departments, including servicing technicians, regarding customer concerns
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers with a high level of professionalism

Outbound Customer Care:
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding a variety of requests
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of Saela products and services
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers
  • Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world class service
