In this commission based, retail sales position, you will be selling furniture and home décor products to assist our customers in creating a total home solution.
The sales associate is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience to all customers as they enter the store.
Sales associates engage in in-depth conversation with the customers to determine their wants and help them by presenting possible solutions through product.
At Sadler’s Home Furnishings a successful retail sales associate will have:
Proven ability to close a sale
the desire to be successful.
ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Bilingual a plus.
Qualifications and Skills:
•High School Diploma or equivalent required
• or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience preferred.
•Ability to quickly establish a rapport with customers
•Find solutions for our customer’s needs using hard-work, creativity and the multitude of product options
•Creative flare and energetic attitude
•Great follow up skills
•Positive and engaging personality
•Basic computer proficiency and use of email
•Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Excellent Earnings with Benefits:
During the 120 days of training, you will receive a weekly guaranteed base pay prior to converting to full commissions a Sales Associate. Annual earning potential between 35K-70K or more with our generous commission structure.
